All Campers should check in at Sky Ranch in Van, Texas on the first Sunday of their camp session unless other arrangements have been made in advance. The pick-up and drop-off procedures are organized by camp and listed below.

Sky 1 & 2

Check-in for Sky 1 & 2 campers begins at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday afternoon. Please note that the gates will not open prior to this time, so please do not arrive extremely early. For parents who have children in multiple Sky levels, feel free to arrive anytime between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. The closing ceremony begins at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday morning and will last approximately one hour. This is our chance to share with you about the week of camp and say positive things about your camper. Please don't miss this time to spend together. Sky 3 & 4

QUEST in Van

QUEST High Adventure & SIGMA in Colorado

Check-in for QUEST High Adventure & SIGMA campers begins on Sunday afternoon. Because campers will all be taking a bus together, please arrive on time! This will be a 16 hour bus ride to Sky Ranch Ute Trail, so please pack survival items for the road (snacks, ipods, journals, etc.). Meals will be provided during transportation. The closing ceremony begins on Saturday two weeks after drop-off. This is our chance to share with you about your time at camp and say positive things about your camper.
