LEGACY FELLOWSHIP program is accepting applications from recent college graduates interested in learning more about leadership within the Christian Camping environment. This program is designed to offer individuals the opportunity to spend (1) full-year living, learning and experiencing leadership, excellence, character, and service in a Christian Camp setting. All Legacy Fellows will reside on camp and will work hands-on in teaching, program development, youth ministry, and service, while being taken through an extensive Leadership training course lead by Sky staff. OPERATIONS ASSISTANT - The Programs Department at Sky Ranch offers a leadership program for recent college graduates interested in a career in Christian, camp ministry. This one-year program is designed to gain knowledge and skills that focus on the operational side of camp such as working with retreats, getting certification to run high-risk activities and spiritual and personal development. Educational trips are also planned to gain insight into processes that make a camp ministry successful. This is just a part of the wide range of great experiences that await the select staff that is chosen to be a part of this Sky Ranch leadership program.

General requirements and expectations to participate in this program are:
- 4 year degree from an accredited university (or equitable life experience)
- A desire to pursue a career in Christian, camp ministry
- Paid position (includes health insurance, room and board)
- Commitment of one year
