For more than 50 years, Sky Ranch has built and reinforced character and values through nationally recognized summer camps, retreats, and outdoor education programs. What began in 1955 with 66 campers and a few cabins north of Dallas has grown to a 500-acre development at Sky Ranch’s current main campus in East Texas.  Today, our year-round staff of 120 (400 during summer camp) has the opportunity to bless over 50,000 guests a year. As a non-profit organization, we rely on the sponsorship and support of donors who believe in the ministry of Sky Ranch. You too can make a difference in the life of a child by giving to Sky Ranch! 

The Legacy Center

The Legacy Center is a beautiful new building that mirrors the heart and character of those who have been called to share the love of Christ through various ministries of Sky Ranch. Inside the walls of this building children will laugh, play and make lasting memories.  They will also learn about God's love and His plan for their lives.  This building will be a home to heart-felt ministry.  It will be a place for Sky Ranch to continue vesting itself in future generations by creating a legacy of Biblical teachings, friendships, and fond memories.  More than a place for fun, fellowship and faith, the Legacy Center is itself a legacy to the Godly men and women who are and who will become part of the rich heritage of Sky Ranch. In 2006, lightning struck the building that once occupied the ground where the new Legacy Center now stands.  The insurance settlement required us to rebuild within a set period of time or forfeit the settlement funds.

With hearts of faith, we began construction and have completed the majority of the structural phase of the project.  However, the insurance settlement did not provide adequate funding.  As a result we have a "gap" of nearly $1.9 million that is needed to fully complete and furnish the Legacy Center.

Through your gift to our Legacy Center Capital Campaign of $250 - $2,000, your gift will be honored by your family name inscribed on a brick as part of a functional prayer wall at Sky Ranch. DONATE HERE
